TCH SAFETY Have been appointed to the competent person role, as required by the Management of Health $ Safety at Work regulation 1999, Regulation 7. TCH Safety will assist AGA SCAFFOLDING LTD in undertaking the measures needed to comply relevant statutory provisions.
